Create a status page

A status page is a public page that shows the status of your components and your incident history. Each team has one status page.

  1. Navigate to /dashboard/status-pages/new.
  2. Fill in Name, Slug, Brand colour, and an optional Logo URL. Your status page URL will be {slug}.stector.app.
  3. Click Create status page.
  4. In the editor, add components and link them to monitors. Components are what visitors see on your status page; linking a component to one or more monitors lets Stector compute its status automatically.

Component status

Each component shows one of five statuses: Operational, Degraded Performance, Partial Outage, Major Outage, or Under Maintenance. When a component has linked monitors, its status is computed automatically from them. Degraded Performance and Under Maintenance are manual states you can set from the Components tab. You can override the computed status at any time.
